Welcome to Moulin Courçay, where the fusion of dreams, inspiration and dedication comes to life.

A husband-wife team united in business and love: a French entrepreneur, artisan and visionary, together with his Filipina-American wife, former advertising executive turned property and real estate experts. But, also creatives and artists at heart.

As multipreneurs and artists, this is our dream and passion project. A space to create art but more importantly a space to share our friends, their dreams and talents.

This space was once a flour mill, as were all the mills off the Indre, an electric mill, a sandal factory, a storehouse of rare antiquities, and soon to be a cultural-center. Today, we envision outdoor and landscape art installations, group shows, light shows at night, village-wide picnics and festivals just to name a few…

We have since poured our passion and energy into restoring and enhancing this space since it laid bare and empty for almost 30 years. Our excitement grows each day, eager to unveil the transformation we've shaped.

 We are eagerly pouring our hearts and dreams and can hardly wait to showcase our transformation journey.
